Ordering Process Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Issuing purchase order for material within his/her responsibilities
  • Follow up order to ensure that all material arrive or available according to production schedule or at the requested time
  • Asking quotation, negotiate and follow up on order confirmation and supporting documentation from supplier
  • Responsible for sourcing activity of material within his/her responsibilites
  • Responsible for any incompliance coming from supplier & monitoring the progress
  • Filing document e.g. purchase order, quotation, shipping document that related to ordering process
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing / Export-Import / Supply Chain Management field is required for this position, preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG industries
  • Knowledge in inventory management
  • Knowledge in export/import procedures & terms of delivery and international payment terms
  • Having Typing and Negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Ms Office (excel. word, PowerPoint) and ERP system, e.g. Scala, SAP

Procurement Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up order to ensure that all material arrive or available according to production schedule or at the requested time
  • Asking quotation, negotiate and follow up on order confirmation and supporting documentation from supplier
  • Responsible for any incompliance coming from supplier & monitoring the progress
  • Filing document e.g. purchase order, quotation, shipping document that related to ordering process
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain field
  • Preferably in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industries
  • Knowledge in inventory management
  • Knowledge in export/import procedures & terms of delivery and international payment terms
  • Having Presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English

IT Specialist - Infrastructure

Responsibilities:
  • Hardware helpdesk support, troubleshooting and configuration Printer and PC in order all to be running well.
  • Software helpdesk support, such as Microsoft Office, Windows, globe standard software and local application (as needed ).
  • PC installation, install and repair PC, install and configure all PC with Global Standard Software (JennY image, Legal Software) and local application.
  • Network and Telephone system, LAN and telephone cable set up and maintenance. PABX setting and billing system maintenance.
  • Lotus Notes Application, maintaining, controlling and monitoring Lotus Notes application system, including directory, access permissions and accounts.
  • IS inventory, Responsible for IS Asset (Inventory). Report summary desktop and notebook, IS equipments related fixed asset from Finance Department.
  • Administration and reporting, complete IS SOP and administrations; report all activities monthly.
  • Share experience and develop technical skill for IS team so user support will be more excellent and efficient. Manage good teamwork with all IS staff
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Information Technology field required for this position

Utility Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Do the troubleshooting tasks, documentation and monitoring of equipment and machinery that includes in Utility scope.
  • Do the utility machinery maintenance based on schedule
  • Operate and maintain Utilitiy machinery: Broiler, Diesel, DMW, etc
  • Implement the 5R and safety program, in accordance with the applicable provisions in Utility responsibility
  • Willing to work in after-office-hour time or in holiday time if needed
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industries
  • Familiar with Ms. Office, preferably certified in AutoCad Program

Technical Sales Representative
(Code : TSR - Medan)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and GP target in the designated area for the designated product range assigned by superior
  • Ensure the full coverage of the market, existing and potential customers, maintain the contacts with all relevant customers, dealers
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of action plan in line with business strategy in designated area and product range
  • Actively implement and support promotional activities; product campaigns, seminar, customer focus groups, in house training, etc.
  • Displays or demonstrates product using samples, demo units, brochure or catalog.
  • Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing and change
  • Regularly monitor and review sales achievement in one own area.
  • Coordinate with internal sales representative/customer care center officer, provide updated information about the customers, dealers, etc. in order to keep account actice and/or literature up to date.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing/Sales, or equivalent preferably in Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess Driving License C
  • Fluent in English and also familiar with Ms Office (excel. word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia (overnight)
