Requirements :
- Max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
- Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
- Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
- Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department
