Warehouse Supervisor
Job description:
- Monitor outstanding sales orders, plan product/pallet picking and arrange deliveries. Load/unload product, pack and label pallet according to customer and country requirement. Prepare document for deliveries, both for local and export market. Record all warehouse transaction in a timely manner to ensure accurate stock data. Make sure, that warehouse activities are conducted in respect of the standard operating procedure and Good Manufacturing Practice. Manage subordinates and plan their activity. Solving problem and finding improvement idea.
- Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering, Pharmacist or Management with minimum of 7 (seven) years experience in warehouse operation in the Healthcare or FMCG industry and 3 (three) years experience as Supervisor. The candidate must have knowledge in MS Office and Good Manufacturing Practice. He must have experience with SAP system or other major ERP system as well as experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing. Able to drive forklift and have a valid forklift driving license, good in spoken and written English is a must. He must also have a strong drive with high integrity, open minded, fast learner and have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
