Golden Energy Mines is the coal mining group subsidiary of Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) - a Energy and Infrastructure company. Currently we supply 4-5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally. We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards. Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Code : Senior MPE)
Requirements:

    Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
    Minimum 7 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
    Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
    Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
    Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
    Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
    Will be placed in site


Production Department Head (Code : PDH)
Requirements:

    Male, max 45 years old
    Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
    Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
    Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
    Minimum POM certificate
    Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
    Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
    Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
    Fluent in English both oral & written.
    Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan


Production Supervisor / Pit Supervisor (Code : PS)
Requirements:

    Male, age maximum 35 years old
    Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology
    Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry
    Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
    Fluent in English both oral & written
    Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
    Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
    Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
    Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
    Willing to be placed in remote area

Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Section Head (Code : PitGeotech)
Requirements:

    Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
    “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred.
    Min. 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
    Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
    Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
    Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
    Self motivated and self starter.
    Good interpersonal relationship skill.
    Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
    Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
    Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage.

Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech Modeling)
Requirements:

    Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
    “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred.
    Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
    Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
    Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
    Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software.
    Self motivated and self starter.

Infrastructure Project Section Head (Code : InfraSH)
Requirements:

    Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
    Minimum 5 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
    Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
    Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered.
    Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
    Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
    Be able to adapt quickly

Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : InfraSpv)
Requirements:

    Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
    Minimum 3 Years Experience in handling mechanical aspect on development of coal crusher plant, barge loading conveyor, coal washing plant, etc.
    Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
    Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
    Be able to adapt quickly
    Will be placed in remote area (site : Sumatera)

Hauling Road Maintenance (Code : HRM)
Responsibilities:

    Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required
    Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance.
    Road cost estimation and evaluation

Requirements:

    Minimum D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction) or relevant disciplines.
    Minimum 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction & maintenance is preferably.
    Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
    Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
    Ability to use survey equipments.
    Will be placed on site.

Port & Stockpile Supervisor (Code : Port)
Responsibilities:

    Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transhipment, and quality assurance.
    Monitoring all operation documentations.
    To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator

Requirements:

    Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
    At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading
    Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.
