TRAINING COORDINATOR
Purpose:
Implement Dyno Nobel Operation Training System (OTS) into dnx Indonesia site.
Requirement:
- Age From 26 – 35
- S1 graduate of Psychology English Lecturer or Social Sciences
- Experience 1 year
- Has the ability to make the Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Concepts
- Skilled in developing training materials and programs
- Able to work indepently as well as in team
- Able to set up Annual Training Program (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
- Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English is must
- Willing to be located at the job site
- Willing to work overtime and high responsibility
