IT Head Helpdesk ( HHD )
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Management or Accounting with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
- Have a minimum of 2 years IT call center or helpdesk management experience with success record in managing staffs and all incoming IT problems.
- Must have knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC and peripheral troubleshooting
- Must have knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
- Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, Flexibility, Eager to help people and can work under pressure with limited supervision
- Female or male and max 28 years old and can coordinate a team
