ELearning Delivery and Maintenance Head
Purpose:
Due to expansion in eLearning, Globalearning Center requires a qualified and full time leader to lead the PIC and post implementation team in committing the best services to customer.
Job Descriptions :
- To manage and be responsible for all running project and post implementation support activities.
- To work closely with sales team, partners, back office and production team in delivering the project and support.
- To lead team of ID for content development, IT for system implementation QC for quality control and post implementation team.
- To deliver project plan, execution and monitoring.
- Anything else marketing of project delivery and maintenance related required to support the successful implementation to customer.
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- IPK: Min 3.0 out of 4.0
- Age: Max 35 years
- Knowledgeable in eLearning, training and HR, preferably to have the hand-on experiences.
- Experience in project management and preferable certification in PMP.
- Initiative and resourcefulness.
- Able to priorities workload efficiently and work under pressure.
- Fluent in presentations, negotiations and ability to liaise team.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Excellent team player, willing to go the ‘extra mile’.
- High standard of literacy and skills in Microsoft Project and project management.
- Commitment to the success of company.
- Willingness to learn and open to challenges.
- Not daunted by continuous improvement processes and comfortable with non-routine varied tasks.
