In Indonesia we have offices in Bali, Jakarta and Bandung.

Our Medical Systems division develops and sells a hospital information system both in Indonesia and in other countries. We are looking for high calibre individuals to support the implementation and further development of Mitrais Medical Systems development – MMS in various hospitals in Indonesia and overseas. We are looking for several Medical System Consultants to join our consulting team.

Medical System Consultant
(Bali and Bandung)

Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate should have 2 plus years experience in implementing or comprehensive usage of Hospital Information System and have 2 plus years working in a medical/hospital industry and have personal interest in working as a IT Business Consultant. In this position you will be responsible for providing consulting support and training to customers for Mitrais Medical Suite (MMS).

MMS is a fully-integrated information system supporting primary health care and occupational health care for hospitals and medical facilities associated with large industrial operations. As a MMS consultant, you will deal with medical professionals and administrators at all levels. You will be involved in systems design, pre-sales activities, implementation consulting and systems training for customer staff across the full scope of the MMS.

It is critical that you have a deep understanding of the business functions and processes for a modern hospital, or large clinical practice. User experience with large scale computer systems, particularly a hospital information system, is a big advantage.
 
Requirements :

Specific Requirements for the positions :

• Experience in application consulting
• Familiar with end to end Healthcare/hospital business process
• Good proficiency in one or more of the following :

          *Hospital supply chain management or logistics
          *Human Resources Management
          *Hospital Finance Management
          *Customer Relationship Management
          *Clinical Business Process
          *Healthcare best practice
          *Involved in one cycle system implementation project
 
General Requirements for the position :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Medical Science or equivalent from a reputable University with GPA of 3 or above.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bali and Bandung.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Healthcare - Doctor/Diagnosis or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in utilizing computer systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good English proficiency and Business Writing.
