Financial Accounting Manager
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
- Age: 35 – 40 years old
- Education: S1 Degree in accountancy, strong knowledge in tax related matters
- Experience in field > 5
- Can Operate computer: Microsoft Application (at least Excel & Word), Oracle
- Meticulous, results oriented, analytical skills, hand-on
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Proficient in English, written and oral
- Strong leadership as well as good team player, interpersonal skills
- The Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting.
- This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to
- ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- The person supervises 5 staff accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
- The person will have contact with management members and directly report to the Controller which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal, English and Bahasa.
- He/she will work closely side by side with the Management Accounting Manager who is responsible for monthly/frequent financial reporting to the Group and Region, cost controlling, internal control system, and budget & forecast activities.
