Responsibilities :
- Organizing and managing the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization
- Regulate, manage and participate in every company's activities in order to minimize employee disputes
- Responsible for organizational communication and information relating to the company's policies in employment area
- Male/Female around 26-30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring from any discipline
- Posses deep knowledge in Employment & Labor Law, Industrial relation matters and Compensation and Benefit Concept with ability to implement various innovation to build integrative system development
- Have at least 3-5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record (retail background will be a huge advantage)
- Excellent computer and communication skill especially in English both oral and written
