Requirements :
- Has capability to handle existing customer enquiries or complaints on service quality and coordination on project implementation
- Minimum 2 years experience in Telecom Industry
- Technical working or academic background preferable
- Has knowledge about MPLS VPN, IPSec VPN, local leased line, internet services
- Proactive on communicating with customer for problem solving
- Proficient in English
