Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist business users in identifying problems that arise in information application with respect to data, functionality, or business process.
- Give assistant on activities to rectify the problems in timely manner.
- Work with other IT team member and users in conducting UAT and maintaining production application.
- Male / Female.
- Age max 32.
- Min. 2 years experience in life insurance company especially in life operation department or business analyst.
- Hold Bachelor degree.
- Experience in supporting production application (application support/ system support) is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, problem solving oriented, and initiative.
