We now require an experienced full time Operations Manager for Indonesia, who will be responsible for over seeing operations in both Indonesia and Malaysia.  You will also be responsible for managing the data base and identifying problems and solving them.

Reporting directly to the County Head, you will have a “can do” attitude and continually strive to innovate & evolve each campaign by delivering key initiatives that maximise profitability and success.

As a forward thinker, you will able to prioritise and deliver key initiatives, provide logical solutions to complex process, be skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and motivating cross functional teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities :

Job Scope :
  • Manage the Appco Group Indonesia Operation team and provide a first class service to the clients and the sales network.
  • Deliver a robust, timely, efficient and accurate operational process, supporting best practice.
  • Develop with the support of IT, the automation of operational processes and reporting.
  • Provide continual business improvement to processes and systems, to ensure efficiency, optimisation & cost saving.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity through analysis, investigation and revision.
  • Responsible for database management and development.
Key Responsibilities :  
  • Daily management of the Indonesian Operation team.
  • Accountable for the line management of Processing and Registration, Fulfilment and Customer Service, Reporting and System Development / Database management
  • Point of contact for all Operational related issues
  • Ensure SLAs & contractual operational obligations are met with clients, sales network and internal departments
  • New client set up – database, resource, reporting
  • Responsible  for financial reporting to clients, finance, sales network and senior management of Appco Group
  • Overseeing the development and production of reporting suites for all stakeholders.
  • Accountable for the effective and efficient MI reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement & optimisation
  • Work with clients in a consultancy capacity to improve and enhance their reporting capabilities, systems and or process
  • Responsible for the automation of current processes and reporting
  • Oversee and manage database development and change requirements for new and current campaigns.
  • Provide support to the senior management as requested
  • Attend senior management meetings & client meetings on and off site
  • Analysis and identify trends in data measuring against KPIs
  • Accountable for reconciling and signing off weekly sales & credits processed vs. sales invoiced and credits notes raised.
  • Set objectives for staff, monitor and conduct regular review meetings, providing feedback on performance.
  • Perform regular and effective coaching sessions with individual team members to identify underlying issues that may prevent the team from meeting their KPIs.
  • To conduct recruitment interviews and manage headcount for the Operations team.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained through continual revision and investigation
Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required :
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Educated to a graduate level
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Dynamic personality, with the ability to lead, engage and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience  dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Forward thinker able to offer simple solutions to complex issues and process
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy on all written or numerical work
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Adaptable to change
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook with particular emphasis on database management.
  • Strong project planning skills
  • Open minded team player
